These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Aww Studio (the "App"), a content-operations tool provided by Aww Inc. ("Aww", "we", "us"). The App is used to create, review, and publish short-form videos and images to a connected TikTok account.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App assists in producing and publishing content to a connected TikTok account. Every piece of content is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published. The App connects to TikTok through its official APIs and acts only on behalf of the connected account.
You may use the App only with TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to operate. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share access with unauthorized parties.
The App is owned by Aww or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to Aww's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property except as necessary to operate the App.
The App relies on third-party services (e.g. TikTok, Microsoft Azure, BytePlus). Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms. Aww is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party platforms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to the use of the App.
Aww may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, including for violation of these Terms or the policies of a connected platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Aww Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供する コンテンツ運用ツール Aww Studio（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に 適用されます。本アプリは、接続された TikTok アカウント向けにショート動画・画像を 制作／確認／投稿するために利用します。
本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に拘束されることに同意します。同意 されない場合は本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリは、接続された TikTok アカウント向けのコンテンツ制作・投稿を支援します。 すべてのコンテンツは、投稿前に人が確認・承認します。本アプリは TikTok の公式 API を 通じて接続し、接続アカウントに対してのみ動作します。
本アプリは、利用者が保有または運用を許可された TikTok アカウントに対してのみ 利用できます。認証情報は秘密に保持し、権限のない者とアクセスを共有してはなりません。
本アプリは、当社または当社のライセンサーに帰属します。本規約は、本アプリを運用する ために必要な範囲を除き、当社の商標・ロゴ・その他の知的財産に関するいかなる権利も 付与しません。
本アプリは第三者サービス（例：TikTok、Microsoft Azure、BytePlus）に依存します。 本アプリを通じたこれらの利用には各社の規約も適用されます。第三者プラットフォームの 可用性や行為について当社は責任を負いません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、法令で許容される最大限の 範囲で、明示黙示を問わず、特定目的適合性や非侵害を含むいかなる保証も行いません。
法令で許容される最大限の範囲で、当社は、本アプリの利用に起因または関連して生じた 間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害、またはデータ・収益・利益の損失について 責任を負いません。
当社は、本規約または接続プラットフォームのポリシー違反を含め、いつでも本アプリへの アクセスを停止または終了することができます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に起因する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を専属的 合意管轄裁判所とします。
本規約は随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は上記「最終更新日」の更新により 反映します。変更後の継続利用は、更新後の規約への同意とみなされます。
