These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Aww Studio (internally "ai-ip-tools", the "App"), an internal content-operations tool provided by Aww Inc. ("Aww", "we", "us"). The App is used by authorized Aww personnel to create, review, and publish short-form videos and images to social-media accounts owned and operated by Aww.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App assists Aww in producing and publishing content for Aww's own virtual character accounts (e.g. "ZEN"). Every piece of content is reviewed and approved by a human Aww curator before it is published. The App connects to social platforms (including TikTok) through their official APIs and acts solely on behalf of Aww's own accounts.
The App is for internal business use by authorized Aww personnel only. You may use it only with social-media accounts that Aww owns or is authorized to operate. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share access with unauthorized parties.
The App, and content created by Aww through it, are owned by Aww or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to Aww's trademarks, logos, or character IP except as necessary to operate the App on Aww's behalf.
The App relies on third-party services (e.g. TikTok, Microsoft Azure, BytePlus). Your use of those services through the App is also subject to their respective terms. Aww is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party platforms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to the use of the App.
Aww may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, including for violation of these Terms or the policies of a connected platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Aww Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供する 社内向けコンテンツ運用ツール Aww Studio（社内呼称「ai-ip-tools」。以下「本アプリ」）の利用に 適用されます。本アプリは、当社の権限を持つ担当者が、当社が保有・運用する SNS アカウント向けにショート動画・画像を制作／確認／投稿するために利用します。
本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に拘束されることに同意します。同意 されない場合は本アプリを利用しないでください。
本アプリは、当社自身のバーチャルキャラクターアカウント（例：「ZEN」）向けの コンテンツ制作・投稿を支援します。すべてのコンテンツは、投稿前に当社の担当者が 確認・承認します。本アプリは各 SNS（TikTok を含む）の公式 API を通じて接続し、 当社自身のアカウントに対してのみ動作します。
本アプリは、当社の権限を持つ担当者による社内業務利用に限定されます。利用は、 当社が保有または運用を許可された SNS アカウントに対してのみ可能です。認証情報は 秘密に保持し、権限のない者とアクセスを共有してはなりません。
本アプリおよび本アプリを通じて当社が制作したコンテンツは、当社または当社の ライセンサーに帰属します。本規約は、当社に代わって本アプリを運用するために必要な 範囲を除き、当社の商標・ロゴ・キャラクター IP に関するいかなる権利も付与しません。
本アプリは第三者サービス（例：TikTok、Microsoft Azure、BytePlus）に依存します。 本アプリを通じたこれらの利用には各社の規約も適用されます。第三者プラットフォームの 可用性や行為について当社は責任を負いません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、法令で許容される最大限の 範囲で、明示黙示を問わず、特定目的適合性や非侵害を含むいかなる保証も行いません。
法令で許容される最大限の範囲で、当社は、本アプリの利用に起因または関連して生じた 間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害、またはデータ・収益・利益の損失について 責任を負いません。
当社は、本規約または接続プラットフォームのポリシー違反を含め、いつでも本アプリへの アクセスを停止または終了することができます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に起因する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を専属的 合意管轄裁判所とします。
本規約は随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は上記「最終更新日」の更新により 反映します。変更後の継続利用は、更新後の規約への同意とみなされます。
