This Privacy Policy describes how Aww Inc. ("Aww", "we", "us") handles information in connection with Aww Studio (internally "ai-ip-tools", the "App"), an internal content-operations tool that Aww uses to create, review, and publish short-form videos and images for virtual character accounts that Aww itself owns and operates (e.g. the character "ZEN") on TikTok and other social platforms.
The App is an internal business tool. It acts only on behalf of social-media accounts that belong to Aww. It is not offered to the general public, and it does not collect information from viewers, followers, or other TikTok users.
When an authorized Aww operator connects a TikTok account, the account holder grants the App access via TikTok's OAuth flow. Through the TikTok APIs the App accesses only the following, scoped to Aww's own account(s):
user.info.basic): the account's open ID, display name,
and avatar — used to confirm which account content is published to.user.info.stats): the connected account's follower count,
following count, total likes, and video count — used to track how Aww's
own account is growing.video.upload /
video.publish): videos and images that Aww has produced for
its own character and approved for posting.video.list): a list of the connected account's own published
videos and their public view, like, comment, and share counts — used to
measure how Aww's own content performs.The App does not access private messages, follower lists for marketing, or any personal data about other users.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling of third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating Aww's own accounts.
Authentication tokens and operational data are stored on systems Aww controls, with access restricted to authorized personnel. Generated media is stored on systems Aww controls and is uploaded directly to each platform's secure content-upload endpoint at publish time; we do not expose public media URLs to third parties. Access tokens are short-lived and rotated automatically; refresh tokens are stored securely and never shared publicly.
We do not sell or rent information. We share data only with infrastructure service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract — for example Microsoft Azure (media storage) and BytePlus (media generation) — and with the social platforms (e.g. TikTok) strictly to publish our own content. We may disclose information where required by law.
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the connected accounts. The account holder may disconnect the App at any time from TikTok's "Manage app permissions" settings, which revokes its access. On request to the contact below, we will delete stored tokens and operational data associated with an account.
Use of TikTok data through the App complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Platform/Content Sharing Guidelines. Information obtained via the TikTok APIs is used only as described here.
The App is a business tool for Aww staff and is not directed to children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Aww Inc.（以下「当社」）が、当社が自ら 保有・運用するバーチャルキャラクター（例：「ZEN」）の SNS アカウント向けに、 ショート動画・画像の制作／確認／投稿を行う社内向けコンテンツ運用ツール Aww Studio（社内呼称「ai-ip-tools」。以下「本アプリ」）に関連して取り扱う情報について 説明するものです。
本アプリは社内業務ツールであり、当社が保有する SNS アカウントに対してのみ動作 します。一般公開して提供するものではなく、視聴者・フォロワー・その他の TikTok 利用者の情報を収集することはありません。
権限を持つ当社オペレーターが TikTok アカウントを接続する際、アカウント所有者は TikTok の OAuth フローを通じて本アプリにアクセス権を付与します。本アプリが TikTok API を通じてアクセスするのは、当社自身のアカウントに限定した以下のみです。

コンテンツの評価のために利用。本アプリは、ダイレクトメッセージ、マーケティング目的のフォロワーリスト、その他 他者の個人情報にはアクセスしません。
広告、第三者のプロファイリング、当社アカウント運用に無関係な目的には利用しません。
認証トークンおよび運用データは、権限を持つ担当者のみがアクセスできる当社管理下の システムに保管します。生成メディアは当社管理下のシステムに保管し、投稿時に各 プラットフォームの安全なアップロード先へ直接アップロードします（公開メディア URL を 外部に出すことはありません）。アクセストークンは短時間で失効 し自動的にローテーションされ、リフレッシュトークンは安全に保管し公開しません。
情報の販売・貸与は行いません。当社に代わって情報を処理する基盤サービス提供者 （例：Microsoft Azure＝メディア保管、BytePlus＝メディア生成）、および 自社コンテンツの投稿のための SNS プラットフォーム（例：TikTok）に対してのみ、 契約に基づき共有します。法令で要求される場合は開示することがあります。
情報は接続アカウントの運用に必要な期間のみ保持します。アカウント所有者は TikTok の「アプリ権限の管理」からいつでも本アプリの接続を解除でき、これによりアクセス権は 取り消されます。下記連絡先へのご請求により、アカウントに紐づく保管トークン・運用 データを削除します。
本アプリによる TikTok データの利用は、TikTok Developer Terms of Service および TikTok Platform／Content Sharing Guidelines に従います。TikTok API 経由で取得した 情報は本ポリシーに記載の目的にのみ利用します。
本アプリは当社スタッフ向けの業務ツールであり、子どもを対象としていません。
