This Privacy Policy describes how Aww Inc. ("Aww", "we", "us") handles information in connection with Aww Studio (the "App"), a content-operations tool used to create, review, and publish short-form videos and images to a connected TikTok account.
Aww Studio is a content-publishing tool. It accesses a connected TikTok account only as needed to publish content that has been approved and to read that account's own metrics. It does not collect information from viewers, followers, or other TikTok users.
When a TikTok account is connected, the account holder grants the App access via TikTok's OAuth flow. Through the TikTok APIs the App accesses only the following, scoped to the connected account:
user.info.basic): the account's open ID, display name,
and avatar — used to confirm which account content is published to.user.info.stats): the connected account's follower count,
following count, total likes, and video count — used to track how the
account is growing.video.upload /
video.publish): videos and images that have been produced
and approved for posting.video.list): a list of the connected account's
own published videos and their public view, like, comment, and share
counts — used to measure how the content performs.The App does not access private messages, follower lists for marketing, or any personal data about other users.
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling of third parties, or any purpose unrelated to operating the connected account.
Authentication tokens and operational data are stored on the App's secured systems with access controls in place. Generated media is stored on the App's secured systems and is uploaded directly to TikTok's secure content-upload endpoint at publish time; we do not expose public media URLs to third parties. Access tokens are short-lived and rotated automatically; refresh tokens are stored securely and never shared publicly.
We do not sell or rent information. We share data only with infrastructure service providers that process it on our behalf and under contract — for example Microsoft Azure (media storage) and BytePlus (media generation) — and with TikTok strictly to publish content to the connected account. We may disclose information where required by law.
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the connected account. The account holder may disconnect the App at any time from TikTok's "Manage app permissions" settings, which revokes its access. On request to the contact below, we will delete stored tokens and operational data associated with an account.
Use of TikTok data through the App complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the TikTok Platform/Content Sharing Guidelines. Information obtained via the TikTok APIs is used only as described here.
The App is not directed to children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Aww Inc.（以下「当社」）が、接続された TikTok アカウント向けにショート動画・画像の制作／確認／投稿を行うコンテンツ運用ツール Aww Studio（以下「本アプリ」）に関連して取り扱う情報について 説明するものです。
本アプリはコンテンツ投稿ツールです。承認済みコンテンツの投稿と、当該アカウント自身の 指標取得に必要な範囲でのみ、接続された TikTok アカウントにアクセスします。視聴者・ フォロワー・その他の TikTok 利用者の情報を収集することはありません。
TikTok アカウントを接続する際、アカウント所有者は TikTok の OAuth フローを通じて 本アプリにアクセス権を付与します。本アプリが TikTok API を通じてアクセスするのは、 接続アカウントに限定した以下のみです。

広告、第三者のプロファイリング、接続アカウント運用に無関係な目的には利用しません。
認証トークンおよび運用データは、アクセス制御のもとで本アプリの保護されたシステムに 保管します。生成メディアは本アプリの保護されたシステムに保管し、投稿時に TikTok の 安全なアップロード先へ直接アップロードします（公開メディア URL を外部に出すことは ありません）。アクセストークンは短時間で失効し自動的にローテーションされ、リフレッシュ トークンは安全に保管し公開しません。
情報の販売・貸与は行いません。当社に代わって情報を処理する基盤サービス提供者 （例：Microsoft Azure＝メディア保管、BytePlus＝メディア生成）、および接続アカウントへの コンテンツ投稿のための TikTok に対してのみ、契約に基づき共有します。 法令で要求される場合は開示することがあります。
情報は接続アカウントの運用に必要な期間のみ保持します。アカウント所有者は TikTok の「アプリ権限の管理」からいつでも本アプリの接続を解除でき、これによりアクセス権は 取り消されます。下記連絡先へのご請求により、アカウントに紐づく保管トークン・運用 データを削除します。
本アプリによる TikTok データの利用は、TikTok Developer Terms of Service および TikTok Platform／Content Sharing Guidelines に従います。TikTok API 経由で取得した 情報は本ポリシーに記載の目的にのみ利用します。
本アプリは子どもを対象としていません。
